Acceptance of Terms.

You are only submitting your Work for Inman Group to distribute, not for us to have ownership of it, however by submitting your Work to us, you grant Inman Group the license and right: royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, and assignable to distribute publicly, copy, publish, re-edit, modify, and use your Work for the purpose of displaying and promoting on the websites operated by, and related to Inman Group and its affiliates. You agree that you have full rights to submit the complete Work including but not limited to music, people, and images.

Contributor agrees to verify all facts in the Work submitted. Contributor will not include in any of the Work any material that is defamatory or that infringes upon or violates the rights of others or that is otherwise unlawful. You agree that neither Inman Group nor any of its affiliates will be held liable for your work for any damages what-so-ever even if Inman Group has been advised of the possibility of damages.

Contributor is solely responsible for insuring that all Work submitted meets the foregoing standards. Contributor will maintain and make available, upon request, any research notes related to the preparation of the Work
